«…the poetry is about the music. Marangelo reads it in animated voice, but he doesn’t get over-drammatic in his readings and that’s actually quite refreshing. There appears to be a naturalness in his phrasing. Pianist Orefice is the dominant voice in the trio and he has a melodic style, with a firm touch and strong technique. Chick Corea of the late ‘60/early70 might be a point of reference. The tracks seem to flow from one to another and the entire set palys as a suite.
